摘要： 针对国外公司对连续管制造关键技术的长期垄断及技术封锁, 中国石油宝鸡石油钢管有限责任公司经过 数年技术攻关, 掌握了一整套具有自主知识产权的连续管制造关键技术, 打破国外垄断, 填补国内空白, 形成了品种 齐全、规格完备、钢级系列化、多种用途的国产连续管产品体系。产品主要包括连续油管( 工作管柱)、变壁厚连续 管、连续速度管柱、连续管线管4 类, 经测试其化学成分、力学塑性、抗腐蚀性能等均符合标准要求。

Abstract: Based on the technological research for years, Baoji Petroleum Steel Pipe Co Ltd has owned a complete set of key technologies for manufacture of coiled tubing with its own independent intellectual property rights, breaking the long-term foreign blockade and monopoly of the key technologies for coiled tubing manufacture and filling a domestic blank in this area. The company has developed a system of homemade coiled tubing, which is complete in category and specification and applicable for multiple purposes with serialization of steel grade. The products include four main categories of coiled tubing (work string), tapered coiled tubing, coiled velocity string and coil tubing line. Tests indicate that the products meet the requirements of the related standards in terms of chemical components, mechanics, plasticity and corrosion resistance.
